The physical sensation of touch is absent in the work. The two extended fingers never make contact, creating tension. But touch isn’t just physical contact. To be touched by something is a different kind of feeling.
As a artist and creator, works are the physical manifestation of an idea, an attempt to accurately communicate a message. The art should reflect the artist, the message spoken in their voice. Created in the image of the creator.
